Making a call or sending an email does not create a contract for work. Any work is governed by the written estimate or agreement you sign separately.

Estimates and pricing information

Cost ranges published on this site are general market guidance for the Augusta area, based on typical residential conditions. They are illustrative, not offers, and they are not binding.

Actual pricing depends on measurements taken at your property — total linear footage, corner count, downspout placement, roof height and pitch, material selection, and the condition of the fascia behind the existing system. Only a written estimate issued after an on-site assessment reflects your actual price.

Where an on-site estimate is issued, it remains valid for the period stated on that estimate. If work uncovers conditions that could not reasonably have been assessed beforehand — most commonly rot behind an existing gutter run — work will stop and you will be given a revised figure to approve before anything further is done.
